Scope
These terms cover your use of xylofraktorid.com and any message you send through the form on it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Provided as is
The descriptions here were written in good faith and matched the Google Play listings on the date shown on each page. Games are updated, listings are edited and download bands move. Nothing here is a warranty that a game still behaves as described, and this site never replaces the store listing itself.
No relationship with the developers
We are readers, not the publisher of the games described. Nothing was paid for, no review copies were supplied, no placement was sold and the outbound links are not affiliate links.
Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site belong to Marc-André Tremblay. Screenshots and app icons belong to the developers of the games they show and appear here to identify and describe those games. Quoting a short passage of our text with a link back is welcome; republishing whole pages is not.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form for advertising, malicious content or unlawful material, and do not attempt to disrupt the site. Addresses that do are blocked.

Links to Google Play are references. We do not control Google Play or the apps listed there and take no responsibility for either.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from an interruption to it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
