Who is responsible

Personal information is handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, as a site operated from Quebec, under the provincial private-sector privacy legislation.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number and your message. This site runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixel and loads no third-party script, so reading a page collects nothing. The server writes ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — kept for security and rotated within thirty days.
Why we use it
To answer you, and for nothing else. The basis is your consent, given by sending the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us and the record is deleted.
Who else is involved
Messages are delivered to our team channel through the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram FZ-LLC, which processes the content in order to deliver it. Our hosting provider stores the access logs. Nobody else receives your details; nothing is sold and nothing is used for advertising or profiling.
Links to Google Play
The buttons on this site open listings on play.google.com. Following one takes you to Google, and Google's own terms then apply. Nothing comes back to us: the links carry no affiliate tag and no tracking parameter, and there is no analytics on our side to receive it.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for twelve months after the last message in the exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec accepts complaints.
Children
This site is written for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Tell us if that has happened and it will be deleted.
Changes
Any change to this text updates the date at the top of the page.
